Tori Campbell is President and co-founder of Mizzen Energy, LLC, a Denver-based oil and gas production company. Ms. Campbell is responsible for the accounting, finance, regulatory, and legal aspects of the business.

Ms. Campbell previously served as the Vice President and General Manager of Enserco Energy Inc., a wholly owned, non-regulated energy marketing subsidiary of Black Hills Corporation (NYSE: BKH). In this role, she was the chief officer responsible for the strategic direction of nearly 60 employees and negotiated transactions in natural gas, crude oil, coal, power, and environmental products. Ms. Campbell was recruited to join Enserco/Black Hills Corporation in 2002. Her prior energy experience spanned nearly 11 years with Aquila Energy and Colorado Interstate Gas Company.

Ms. Campbell graduated from the University of Wyoming and its honors program with a BS in Business Administration in 1991. Continuing education includes completion of the Colorado Bar Association’s Mediation Certification, Columbia University’s School of Business Emerging Leader Development Program, and five years of intensive post-graduate study in a business professionals’ course.

As a Wyoming native, Ms. Campbell lived in Converse County. She now lives in Denver with her husband. Ms. Campbell serves on an advisory board for a privately held Colorado company and is also a trustee and treasurer for a Texas based not-for-profit educational foundation.

Ken Daraie is a Vice President and co-founder of Mizzen Energy. Mr. Daraie is also an employee of Wold Oil Properties, Inc, where he provides executive oversight of the engineering and operations functions, and assists with business development. He joined Wold in April 2011, returning to the oil and gas industry after serving a four-year appointment by Wyoming Governor David Freudenthal as Executive Director of the Wyoming School Facilities Commission. As the Executive Director, Mr. Daraie oversaw the development and implementation of systems and processes for the deployment of over $1 billion in state capital construction funds.
In 1995, Mr. Daraie founded Continental Industries, LLC, a vertically integrated oil and gas company based in Wyoming, and served as its president until 2005. The company consisted of four primary operating functions including exploration and production, oilfield services, midstream gathering, and royalty and real estate acquisition. In 2006, the oil and gas assets and gathering systems were divested.
In December 2012, Mr. Daraie was appointed to the Board of Directors for Lucas Energy (AMEX:LEI). Previously he served on the boards of Double Eagle Petroleum Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DBLE) and Energy West Federal Credit Union. He was elected to and served as Chairman of the Natrona County School Board of Trustees and the Casper City Council.
He is a registered professional engineer and has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1980. Mr. Daraie received a BA in Physics from Baylor University and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Ken and his wife have three grown sons.
Mark W. Magliery, Vice President
Mark Magliery is Vice President and co-founder of Mizzen Energy. He oversees and supports the deal origination effort as it relates to the acquisition of new properties and businesses and assists in implementing the company’s business goals and objectives.

Prior to Mizzen, Mr. Magliery was at ConocoPhillips for 10 years as Director of Origination, where he marketed natural gas to wholesale customers in the Rocky Mountains and U.S. Northwest. Previously, Mr. Magliery was a Vice President at Aquila Energy Marketing Company and oversaw the origination activities for the western U.S., Alberta, and British Columbia. This included managing the activities of six account directors and working with customers to develop and implement innovative risk management solutions addressing power generation reliability, natural gas price volatility, and variable weather risk. Mr. Magliery began his energy career in 1985 with Northern Natural Gas Company and has also held various positions at Enron and Western Gas Resources.

Mr. Magliery is also an investor and consultant in real estate, agriculture, and restaurant enterprises. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. Mark and his wife enjoy spending time in the mountains and Mark is an avid fly fisherman.

Cindi L. Doeschot, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Doeschot brings to the Mizzen team an impressive resume of knowledge and experience in the area of risk management, middle, and back office business controls and processes.
Prior to Mizzen, Ms. Doeschot served as Managing Director of Energy Risk Management for Black Hills Corporation. While there, she was responsible for analyzing and monitoring portfolio positions, value, and credit exposure. She reported on a regular basis to the company executive committee and assisted in internal audits regarding regulatory compliance, business strategy planning, controls, and valuation procedures.
Before joining Black Hills, Ms. Doeschot was employed at Citadel Investment Group. As Director of Energy Operations, she managed the team responsible for middle and back office functions for North America and European commodities including physical and financial transactions.
Ms. Doeschot has held similar positions at Aquila, Inc. and UtiliCorp. She graduated Cum Laude from Midland Lutheran College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management.
Karen Adams, Consultant
Karen Adams is a consultant for Mizzen Energy Services, LLC, a Denver-based oil and gas full-service marketing company. Ms. Adams brings over 30 years of experience in management, development, and implementation of marketing strategies/tactics and business development within the energy industry. She consistently provides producers and end-users with competitive commodity energy services including price risk management and asset management through enhanced and diversified origination transaction structuring. Ms. Adams ensures energy flow by providing producer and end user services from the wellhead to the burner tip.
Ms. Adams graduated Magna Cum Laude from Westminster College with a BS in Business Administration - Marketing. She holds a Petroleum Land Man Certificate from the University of Houston. She served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Oil and Gas Association 2007-2008 and was previous employed by Shell Energy North America, ONEOK, KN Energy and Questar Energy Services. Her hobbies include gardening, skiing, golf and attending sports events.
Ms. Bulf is a natural gas transportation expert with over 35 years of experience managing energy infrastructure, transportation and storage. Ms. Bulf served as Account Director for Kinder Morgan’s Western Pipeline Group where she was responsible for marketing natural gas pipeline capacity to a diverse customer base representing producers, marketers, midstream customers and local distribution companies. Before joining Kinder Morgan, Ms. Bulf was employed by ONEOK Energy Services Company as Manager, Transportation and Storage. Responsibilities included negotiating, acquiring and optimizing long and short term firm transportation, capacity release and storage on Mid-continent, Gulf Coast and Western interstate pipelines and storage facilities. Ms. Bulf began her energy career with Amoco Production Company and also held various positions with Vesta Energy Company.
Ms. Bulf graduated from Southern Illinois University with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Finance. She serves on the board for the Southern Colorado Koi Club and the Old Farm Community Garden in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
